Terms & Conditions

1. All users of Rhythm Nation Studios services agree to abide by our Safeguarding Policy, Code of Conduct, Uniform Requirements, Child Protection Policy and Payment Ts and Cs. Full policies can be found online at www.rnstudiosnotts.co.uk and we ask all users to familiarise themselves with them upon enrolling. Hard copies can also be asked to be emailed over to you if requested.
2. We are a pre booked subscription service only, only payment can claim your spot in your chosen class / workshop / dance camp. No refunds will be given for your absence - however it may be possible to arrange a 'catch up' session. Please email info@rnstudiosnotts.co.uk to see if this would be possible for you should you miss your session.
3. We communicate heavily via email, please ensure you've marked us as a 'safe sender' to not miss any important correspondence about your chosen service.
